1. Order Processing & Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship to various regions. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout (0.5kg) :

HK,Macau: HKD 30 (1-2days)

Asia: EUR4 (3-7days)

UK & Germany : EUR 6 (6-10days)

Euro: EUR 7 (6-10days)

USA & Canada : EUR 8 (10-14days)

Others: EUR 10 (10-14days)

(Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or courier issues.)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Nano Electronic Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages We ensure all items are securely packed before shipping. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
